At TeleQuality, I spearheaded the launch of our new brand by transforming an outdated website into a mission-driven digital platform that powerfully communicated our commitment of enabling healthcare partners to deliver the best care possible to the communities they serve. With a focus on connecting healthcare providers through affordable, high-speed broadband networks, I collaborated closely with leadership and the communications team to implement a site that reflected our purpose and vision.

Beyond the website transformation, I served as a creative director responsible for setting the brand design standards and developing multi-channel assets. Leveraging insights into our unique customer base—ranging from small rural clinics to large healthcare institutions—I partnered with stakeholders to ensure that every element of our marketing initiatives resonated with our core mission.

TeleQuality Communications, a telecommunications and connectivity provider for rural health care systems, was acquired by Education Networks of America in 2018.
